Worldwide Free Shipping

We offer worldwide free shipping on all orders over US$50. We will charge a flat rate of US$9 for orders under.

Processing will take between 3-5 business days, but please allow extra time for some items. Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. Please note that we do NOT ship orders the same day. All packages are processed from our partners all over the world, so expect to have multiple shipments if your order has more than one item. Normal shipment time takes 2-3 weeks. Holidays may take longer than normal time to process. It is the customers responsibility if the package requires pick-up.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Generayxion is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Tracking will be available on our website. Go to the menu bar, under "TRACK ORDER" and just follow the instructions in order to obtain the information. In addition, you can download the app SHOP which the link will be provided at the checkout section. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount for the return. 

Customers will be responsible for the postage of the return item(s) unless the item(s) is damaged, has defects or shipped incorrectly. 


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. For more details on refunds please go to REFUND POLICY.
