The Generayxion mobile messaging service (“Service”) is operated by Generayxion (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling or using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms (“Terms”). We may update or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting into Generayxion SMS/text messaging, you agree to receive recurring messages from us at the mobile number you provided. These may include:

 

  • Service-related messages (order updates, account alerts)

  • Promotional messages (offers, launches, cart reminders)

 

Messages may be sent via automated technology.

Your consent is not required as a condition of purchase. Participation is entirely voluntary.

 

2. Costs & Frequency

We do not charge for the Service.

Your carrier may apply message and data rates.

Message frequency varies.

 

3. How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time:

  • Click the unsubscribe link (if available)

 

You will receive one final confirmation message.

If you are subscribed to multiple Generayxion programs, you must opt out of each separately unless required otherwise by law.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide a valid mobile number.

If your number changes, you must re-enroll with the new number.


We may change the phone number or short code used for messaging. Messages sent to an outdated number may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring those requests.

 

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

 

  • failed, delayed, or misdirected message delivery

  • any errors in the content of messages

  • actions you take (or fail to take) based on information provided through the Service
