We want you to love your purchase, and we make returns simple. Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

 


1.Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Requests made after 14 days will be declined.

 

Non-returnable items:

  • SALE, FINAL SALE, sample sale, clearance styles

  • Items bought with store credit or coupon codes

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, personalized, or special-order items

  • Hazardous materials, beauty/personal items

Shipping charges from the original order (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 


2.Return Eligibility

To qualify, items must be:

  • unused, unwashed, unaltered

  • in original condition with tags attached

  • in original packaging

  • accompanied by your email receipt

  • approved before returning

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 


3.How to Start a Return

Email support@generayxion.com with:

  • your full name

  • order number

  • reason for return

  • photos if the item is defective/incorrect

We’ll review your request and send return instructions once approved.

 


4.Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only (not color or style).

If you prefer a different item, please return your item and place a new order.

If you’re unsure about sizing before purchase, email us — we’re happy to help.

 


5.Exchanges & Return Fee Waivers

Your first exchange is eligible for a return-shipping fee waiver.

To qualify:

  1. Place a new order for the item/size/color you want

  2. Email us at support@generayxion.com with both order numbers

  3. Wait for our confirmation

  4. Return the original item using the instructions we provide

Once approved, we will waive the postage cost for the returned item.

Notes

  • Fee waiver applies only to approved exchanges

  • New order must be placed first

  • Standard return eligibility still applies (unused, unwashed, tags attached)

 


6.Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective / incorrect item: we cover return shipping

  • All other reasons: customer pays return postage

  • Choosing store credit instead of a refund: we cover return postage

If we provide the return label for a non-defective return, the label cost - a US$15 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

 


7.International Returns

If a package is returned because the customer refused to pay duties/taxes, a US$15 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund in addition to return shipping costs.

 


8.Sizing, Measurements & Fit

We provide detailed measurements for every garment.

Minor variations are normal. A tolerance of ±6 cm (±2 inches) is considered acceptable and not a defect.

Incorrect size selection is the customer’s responsibility.

 


9.Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos at support@generayxion.com.

We cover:

  • manufacturing defects

  • wrong product sent

  • wrong size or color sent

We will issue an approval code, provide free return postage, and guide you through next steps.

 


10.Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

We cannot be held responsible for theft or missing packages after delivery.

To reduce risk, ship to a secure location (workplace, concierge, etc.).

 


11.Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

 


12.EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers receiving shipments within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 


13.Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

14.Account Review

To maintain fair use of our return system, we may review or refuse future transactions if an account shows unusually high or abusive return activity.
