Worldwide Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over US $75.

Orders under US $75 ship for a flat rate of US $12.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

Please note:

  • We do not offer same-day shipping

  • Processing occurs Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Some items may require additional handling time

 

Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may delay processing by 1–2 additional business days, so please review your information carefully at checkout.

 

Where Your Order Ships From

We work with multiple logistics partners worldwide, including the U.S. and international fulfillment centers.

Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple shipments if it contains more than one item.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery times:

  • 10–16 days for most destinations

  • Some regions may receive orders sooner

  • Holiday periods may experience extended transit times

 

Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

You may track your order by:

  • Visiting our Track Order page on the website

  • Clicking the tracking link in your email

  • Using the “SHOP” app available at checkout

 

If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@generayxion.com.

 

Delivery & Signature Requirements

Packages may or may not require a signature. Carriers may:

  • Leave small packages in a mailbox or at your front door, if they deem it safe, or

  • Hold the package at a local post office or reschedule delivery

 

To avoid delivery issues, we recommend using an address where someone can accept the package (such as a work address).

Customers are responsible for retrieving packages held for pickup.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Generayxion is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Free shipping is available to most countries, with some regional exceptions.

If your address falls within a restricted region, a flat shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Final sale items ship domestically within the U.S. only and may include discounted shipping rates.

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • unused

  • unwashed

  • in their original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrives damaged

  • the item is defective

  • we shipped an incorrect item

  • your order number

  • photos of the item

  • a description of the issue
